As a member of the NASSCOM Future Skills Taskforce and the Governing Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Center for Digital Transformation since 2019, he has been at the forefront of national initiatives focused on upskilling and reskilling India’s workforce for the digital age.

She has been recognized for her work in Responsible AI by being selected as a finalist at the VentureBeat’s, 5th Annual Women in AI awards under the “Responsibility and Ethics of AI: Thoughtfully building AI that leads to a better and more equitable world” category in 2023.
Actively contributing to industry bodies over the past decade, Namrita has been serving in leadership roles across prestigious organizations. She was the Chairperson of the AR / VR committee at Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) in 2018 and 2019. In that role she was also advised the State Government of Kerala on adoption of AI and AR/VR. She also served as a working group member for NASSCOM’s India Cloud Advocacy Mission both in 2021 & 2022 and as a Jury Member for NASSCOM Cloud awards in November 2022.
More recently she has been serving on the CII Regional Committee on Digital Transformation in 2023 and is part of the committee again in 2024 Recognized for her contributions in the corporate world and beyond, Namrita was featured by CDO Magazine on the Global Data Power Women List 2024 which is a list of extraordinary women honored for their visionary leadership, innovation and mentorship in data, analytics and AI. Her profound industry influence is further evidenced by numerous accolades, including winning “Corporate Woman
Leader in Business Transformation” award by CII in March 2023, being recognized as one of the 23 trailblazing women in 2023 by the HR Association of India and winning CIO100 Game Changer award by Foundry in Oct 2022.
