This executive-level certificate program is tailored to empower professionals with actionable skills to drive behaviour change in personal and professional contexts. Unlike traditional behavioural science programs focused on theory, this program prioritises practical application, ensuring learners can directly implement their insights.
The curriculum is strategically divided into two key modules:
1. The Self: Mastering Individual Behaviour Change
The first module explores the building blocks of personal behaviour change. Learners will gain a deep understanding of individual biases, goal-setting, habit formation, and emotional regulation—tools essential for self-transformation and influencing others.
2. The Other: Driving Collective Behaviour Change
The second module shifts focus to influencing group dynamics and societal behaviours. Learners will learn to design and test behavioural interventions, employ robust research methods, and apply their knowledge to a real-world case study from the Centre for Social and Behaviour Change.
This hands-on, application-driven approach ensures that learners leave the programme equipped to create measurable impact in their organisations and communities.
Fee: Rs 95,000/- (all inclusive)*
*(Limited partial need-based scholarships are available for deserving applicants. Additionally, group discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. Secure your spot today!)

I particularly enjoyed the pre-reading material and links for reference… This has been a great introduction to the behavioural science domain and I am looking forward to immersing myself more and gaining more in depth knowledge.
I loved the content and structure. This is exactly what I need at this time in my life. I have been referring to the content in many conversations in personal life and work, and have applied for my own personal development.
It was an excellent experience overall. The professors and teaching staff really helped to ease matters and simplify concepts. I hope to be able to implement learning going forward.
