How to Change Your Life

We all wrestle with fundamental questions that are intrinsic to the human experience: How can I realize my aspirations? How do I cultivate better habits? How can I modify my conduct in both professional and personal relationships? These questions are all rooted in the realm of behaviour change. The field of behavioural science imparts the understanding that, with effort, we all possess the capacity to alter our behaviour. In this course, our emphasis is on providing learners with a scientific framework to diagnose and comprehend their own behaviour.

This course draws upon scientific research from behavioural science, behavioural economics, neuroscience, and social psychology to illuminate our innate tendencies and demonstrate how we can leverage them to accomplish our objectives. It delves into comprehending how behaviour influences our everyday lives, spanning from the workplace to interpersonal relationships.
